Move In/Move Out Schedule

Move In: Friday, January 31, 2025 - 11:00am - 11:59pm

All booths must be set up by 11:59pm on Friday, January 31, 2025. Exhibitors should bring their own carts, etc. to help with the loading and unloading process.

Move Out: Sunday, February 2, 2025 - 5:01pm - 11:59pm

Show Management will not be held responsible for anything left in the exhibit space after 11:59pm Sunday, February 2, 2025.

Speaker Badges

Show Management will provide two (2) identification badges per Speaker. Should a Speaker have a need for additional badges, a request may be made.

Speaker badges must be worn at all times during set-up, show hours, and move-out, in order to gain access to the show area.

Speaker Badges will be in your Speaker Packet.

You will receive your Speaker Packet at move-in. Speaker packages will not be mailed.

Speaker Property Insurance

Show Management carries no insurance on Speaker's property and will not be liable for any loss or damage to Speaker property.
